Its hump day! Whoo…Hoo!!!
Yes… hump day is the popular North American moniker for Wednesday. That peak on the ECG of our week, its when we have cleared Monday and Tuesday and our frowns begin to turn into smiles (this does not apply to retirees, they smile from Sunday to Sunday!)
For the record, we love our jobs but we love the weekend a little bit more, so when Hump Day rolls around we start to get happy(ier).
Geico recently did a commercial that took hump day to a whole different level. It has the right amount of sarcasm, funny and eyerolling employee expression and I must confess, I burst out into uncontrollable laughter everytime its on. Sometimes I even google it for a laugh! I love that damn commercial and The Martin Agency did an awesome job!
This commercial went viral and one middle school in Connecticut even banned it because in the classroom, corridors and everywhere in the school, hump day was everyday for the students!

So all you wonderful people on your grind, here’s to HUMP DAY!
